Our black Angus beef is pasture raised, grass-fed, and silage finished. Angus Beef is known for its finely marbled meat, which means that the fat is dispersed evenly against the actual cut of meat. This marbling trait of Angus cattle typically creates more tender, juicy, and flavorful meat than others. Bulk 1/4, 1/2, and whole beef available.
Pork
Our Berkshire pork is pasture raised. The meat from Berkshire hogs is redder than conventional pork, somewhat sweeter, and laced with intramuscular fat, which makes it more tender and juicy.
Poultry
Our natural chicken and turkey products are pasture raised. We offer Cornish Cross Chickens as well as Bronze Turkeys. We offer whole birds, breasts, thighs, drumsticks, and wings. As well as our extremely popular Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts and our Pre-Marinated Chicken Breasts.
Lamb
Our Hampshire lambs are pasture raised and grass-fed. Hampshire lamb is renowned for its superb quality and flavor. The marbling of the meat gives it a delicate sweet flavor and succulent texture.
