Deer Processing Policy
We accept a limited number of carcasses each day. You must call ahead at 262-558-5819 during business hours to check availability and reserve a drop-off spot. If you harvest a deer and need to deliver it after business hours, please contact Justin at 262-939-2610.
Reservations are valid for one day only and require a $100 non-refundable deposit.
All deer must be legally registered before we can accept them for processing.
Basic processing includes cutting, vacuum sealing, and boxing of your selected cuts. Additional charges apply for trim weight.
When your order is complete, you will be contacted by phone, text, and email. We kindly ask that you pick up your order within 5 business days of notification. After that period, a $10-per-week storage fee will be applied. Orders not claimed within 30 days may be disposed of, and any deposit will be forfeited.
Please note that you are billed on the finished weight of your products. Finished weight is typically higher than the weight at drop-off, as beef, pork, and seasonings may be added during sausage production.
CWD Procedures
If your deer carcass requires CWD testing—either by your choice or as recommended by a governmental agency—and you do not yet have a negative result, we will return your finished cuts and bulk trim to you. Once you receive a negative test result, you may bring the trim back for sausage processing.
