Farmer Beef
We use a slaughter facility in Clinton WI. Animals are dropped off on Tuesdays and slaughtered on Wednesday mornings.
After a 2 week hang we transport the carcasses to our facility in Union Grove.
We collect custom cut sheets for 1/4, 1/2, and Whole portions. All meat is packaged in plastic vacuum sealed pouches.
Pricing: $240 Kill fee + $1.10/lb x hang weight. Extra fees for sausage, burger patties, etc. We can bill the farmer for processing or bill directly to the customers.
FARMER PORK
We use a slaughter facility in Clinton WI. Animals are dropped off on Tuesdays and slaughtered on Wednesday mornings.
After slaughter we transport the carcasses to our facility in Union Grove. Smoking does take an additional 2 weeks.
We collect custom cut sheets for 1/2, and Whole portions. All meat is packaged in plastic vacuum sealed pouches.
Pricing: $95 Kill fee + 1.00 x hang weight. Extra fees for smoking and sausage. We can bill the farmer for processing or bill directly to the customers.
FARMER Lamb/Goat
We use a slaughter facility in Clinton , WI. Animals are dropped off on Tuesdays and slaughtered on Wednesday mornings.
After slaughter we transport the carcasses to our facility in Union Grove.
We collect custom cut sheets for 1/2, and Whole portions. All meat is packaged in plastic vacuum sealed pouches.
Pricing: $50 Kill fee + 1.50 x hang weight. Extra fees for trim and sausage options. We can bill the farmer for processing or bill directly to the customers.
